If you live in the Geelong area and would like to collect your order from our store, simply select ‘pickup’ at the checkout. Check our Instagram page (@baykids.au) for up-to-date opening hours.
If you live outside of this area (but still within Australia), a flat rate of AU$12 (standard shipping) or $15 (express shipping) applies for orders under AU$150. Orders over AU$150 will be sent for free with standard shipping, or can upgrade to express for a discounted rate of $7.
Please note, these rates exclude bulky items, Banwood and furniture. Orders containing bulky items or Banwood products will be charged a higher rate for shipping (AU$18 - applied at checkout), and the free shipping threshold will not apply.
Orders placed before 12pm will be packed and sent on the same business day and you will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
We provide free gift wrapping, please add an order note at checkout if you'd like your purchase gift wrapped. Cards can also be purchased here.
Pre-orders:
From time to time we offer items for pre-order. This means we don't have the item in stock just yet, but you can pre-purchase to secure your size. Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until we have all the items in stock. If you would like other items sooner, please place a separate order.
Furniture:
Furniture (including Mustard Made) is only available for local pick up. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside the area and would like to purchase furniture.
International orders:
Check our Shipping Policy for more information about the countries we currently ship to.
For purchases made in December, we have extended our regular returns period. If you would like to return or exchange an item you must notify us by Monday 5th January. We cannot accept returns after this date.
Returns will still be subject to our normal policy, and you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, unless an item is faulty.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of swimwear, jewellery or cosmetics.
Sale items are not refundable, or able to be exchanged, unless faulty.
Purchases made during our Black Friday Sale (Wed 26th Nov - Mon 1st Dec) will be subject to our regular returns policy of 7 days from the date of delivery.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and shipping for a returned item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Have been using this as my baby bag and it works so well! Love that it has a flat base and can stay upright in its own when put down. This might be an unpopular opinion but I much prefer it over a back pack as it’s easier to access everything, if you want to be neat and organised can get an insert or pouches to put in. Overall love, might even buy a second when they release a new colour.

Love our Juni Jacket more than we could have expected! Its soft fleece lining is perfect for winter and our little one loves that it has pockets (also lined for cold fingers!). Shipping from Bay Kids was so fast too!

Loved this tee but unfortunately had to exchange it for another from the same brand but in a size 2. This one was in a size 6-12m but it's quite cropped - bubs is 4months and it's almost a crop top on him. I would look at the measurements before purchasing to make sure the fit is accurate for your little one. But the size 2 is great now for an oversized look and he has room to grow into it too.

Love these jeans so much I had to get a matching sibling pair! Very comfy and soft fabric, I only wish it came in my size haha. Also found they run a bit small, my daughter has a size 5-6 (she's 5yrs old) and they look like they will be too short for her next season so I bought my 2yr old a size 3 and rolled them up which I prefer that look. They fit perfectly in the waist on both my skinny minis and elastic is more tight then stretchy.
