Refund policy

It is so important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so please get in contact (customer@baystore.com.au) within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange an item. We will happily help you exchange for size or an alternative item, or provide a store credit that you can use at a later date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, unless an item is faulty.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear, swimwear or jewellery.

Sale items are not refundable or able to be exchanged, unless deemed faulty.

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and shipping for a returned item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
