Bay Kids, established in 2023, brings together a thoughtfully chosen range of kids and baby clothing, accessories and gifts.
Bay Kids believe in minimising our environmental impact wherever we can, from responsibly sourced products to sustainable packaging options. We aim to encourage a conscious consumer by delivering quality products to be treasured and handed down to another lucky little person in your life.
Bay Kids acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land we operate on, the Wadawurrung People of the Kulin Nation. We recognise their continued connection to the land and waters of this place we call home and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
Shipping:
If you live in the Geelong area and would like to collect your order from our store, simply select ‘pickup’ at the checkout. Check our Instagram page (@baykids.au) for up-to-date opening hours.
If you live outside of this area (but still within Australia), a flat rate of AU$10 (standard shipping) or $15 (express shipping) applies for orders under AU$100. Orders over AU$100 will be sent for free with standard shipping, or can upgrade to express for a discounted rate of $5.
Please note, these rates exclude bulky items, Banwood and furniture. Orders containing bulky items will be charged a higher rate for shipping (applied at checkout), and the free shipping threshold will not apply.
Your order will be packed and sent within 2 business days and you will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
We provide free gift wrapping, please add an order note at checkout if you'd like your purchase gift wrapped. Cards can also be purchased here.
Furniture:
Furniture (including Mustard Made) is only available for local pick up or delivery (within 25km of Geelong, VIC). Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside the area and would like to purchase furniture.
Banwood:
Banwood items are shipped from their warehouse in Sydney. If you place an order including a Banwood item, it will be shipped separately and different shipping timeframes may apply. We have selected items available for local pick up in-store, please contact us for more information.
Pre-orders:
From time to time we offer items for pre-order. This means we don't have the item in stock just yet, but you can pre-purchase to secure your size. Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until we have all the items in stock. If you would like other items sooner, please place a separate order.
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA and Canada via Australia Post. This excludes bulky items, Banwood and furniture. All other items will be able to shipped for the following rates:

The free shipping threshold does not apply to international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
It is so important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so please get in contact (hello@baystore.com.au) within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange an item. We will happily help you exchange for size or an alternative item, or provide a store credit that you can use at a later date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, unless an item is faulty.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear, swimwear or jewellery.
Sale items are not refundable or able to be exchanged, unless deemed faulty.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and shipping for a returned item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
