We believe in keeping things fun and easy, even when it comes to cleaning your rainwear! Here's how to keep your rainy day gear in tip-top shape:

After your rainy adventures, give your rainwear a hangout session to air out and dry – they deserve a little "me time" too!

For those pesky spots and splashes, grab a damp cloth and some warm, soapy water for a quick spot clean. It's like giving your rainwear a mini spa treatment! (We recommend when possible doing this while mud/dirt is still wet as it will make the cleaning even easier)

If your rainwear needs a deeper clean, opt for a hand wash with cold water and a gentle detergent – think of it as a bubble bath for your gear!

Remember, say no to bleach and fabric softeners – they're not invited to the rainwear party!

Once your rainwear is squeaky clean, let it hang out in the shade to air-dry – no tumble dryers allowed, they're not into that kind of heat!

And lastly, keep your rainwear shady – literally! Direct sunlight isn't their jam, so let them chill in the shade.

If you live in the Geelong area and would like to collect your order from our store, simply select ‘pickup’ at the checkout.
If you live outside of this area (but still within Australia), a flat rate of AU$10 (standard shipping) or $15 (express shipping) applies for orders under AU$150. Orders over AU$150 will be sent for free with standard shipping, or can upgrade to express for a discounted rate of $5.
Please note, these rates exclude bulky items, Banwood and furniture. Orders containing bulky items will be charged a higher rate for shipping (applied at checkout), and the free shipping threshold will not apply.
Furniture:
Furniture (including Mustard Made) is only available for local pick up or delivery (within 25km of Geelong, VIC). Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside the area and would like to purchase furniture.
Banwood:
Banwood items are shipped from their warehouse in Sydney. If you place an order including a Banwood item, it will be shipped separately and different shipping timeframes may apply. We have selected items available for local pick up in-store, please contact us for more information.
Pre-orders:
From time to time we offer items for pre-order. This means we don't have the item in stock just yet, but you can pre-purchase to secure your size. Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until we have all the items in stock. If you would like other items sooner, please place a separate order.
International orders:
Check our Shipping Policy for more information about the countries we currently ship to.
It is so important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so please get in contact (hello@baystore.com.au) or visit us in-store within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange an item. We will happily help you exchange for size or an alternative item, or provide a store credit that you can use at a later date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, unless an item is faulty.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear, swimwear or jewellery.
Sale items are not refundable or able to be exchanged, unless they are deemed faulty.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and shipping for a returned item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
