Fit notes:
Taika with brown curly hair is six and is wearing the 3-5y set - he is petite for his age- this would last this this winter - but likely not next winter. If you are looking for a snug fit like Taika you can size down one.
Vinny is a tall five year old - he is wearing the 5-7y set - this has more room and will last him this winter and next winter. He wears size 6/7 in most other brands.

G.Nancy PJs are designed to last two years, and are a very generous fit. If you are buying at the beginning of a size bracket your pjs will need a roll at the cuff and ankle, the next season they won't need a roll and by the third season they will be a lovely slim fit!
If your child is at the start of the age bracket, we would suggest sizing down if you want the best fit straight away.

If you live in the Geelong area and would like to collect your order from our store, simply select ‘pickup’ at the checkout.
If you live outside of this area (but still within Australia), a flat rate of AU$10 (standard shipping) or $15 (express shipping) applies for orders under AU$150. Orders over AU$150 will be sent for free with standard shipping, or can upgrade to express for a discounted rate of $5.
Please note, these rates exclude bulky items, Banwood and furniture. Orders containing bulky items will be charged a higher rate for shipping (applied at checkout), and the free shipping threshold will not apply.
Furniture:
Furniture (including Mustard Made) is only available for local pick up or delivery (within 25km of Geelong, VIC). Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside the area and would like to purchase furniture.
Banwood:
Banwood items are shipped from their warehouse in Sydney. If you place an order including a Banwood item, it will be shipped separately and different shipping timeframes may apply. We have selected items available for local pick up in-store, please contact us for more information.
Pre-orders:
From time to time we offer items for pre-order. This means we don't have the item in stock just yet, but you can pre-purchase to secure your size. Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until we have all the items in stock. If you would like other items sooner, please place a separate order.
International orders:
Check our Shipping Policy for more information about the countries we currently ship to.
It is so important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so please get in contact (hello@baystore.com.au) or visit us in-store within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange an item. We will happily help you exchange for size or an alternative item, or provide a store credit that you can use at a later date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, unless an item is faulty.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear, swimwear or jewellery.
Sale items are not refundable or able to be exchanged, unless they are deemed faulty.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and shipping for a returned item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
