Are SWIGGEE bottles safe for infants?
Yes. Safety is paramount at SWIGGEE HQ. Our bottles have been independently tested and certified by SGS, a globally recognised leader in inspection and product testing. This rigorous assessment ensures our products meet strict safety standards, giving you complete confidence in their quality and reliability.
Do SWIGGEE bottles leak?
Our bottles are designed to be leak proof with the lid closed and pass the handbag test. Leakage indicates the bottle has not been properly assembled.
Warning
Always supervise your child while they drink. This product contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard if damaged or used incorrectly.
Please:
- Check parts before each use
- Assemble correctly
- Use only as intended not a toy
- Wash before first use and after every use
- Fully disassemble and dry all parts completely
- Do not store wet Stop using immediately if you see mould or residue.
Replace straws every 2 months or sooner if damaged.

How do I clean my SWIGGEE bottle?
Before first use, disassemble and thoroughly clean all bottle components.For everyday use, your SWIGGEE bottle is dishwasher safe (top rack only). However, to maintain the longevity of your product, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water between uses. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.To clean the straw, flush with water and use the flexible straw brush provided to remove any milk, food or soap residue. Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembling.
Is it safe for hot liquids?
SWIGGEE bottles are designed for cold and room-temperature liquids only.
Can it go in the microwave?
No. Do not microwave the bottle or straw.
If you live in the Geelong area and would like to collect your order from our store, simply select ‘pickup’ at the checkout. Check our Instagram page (@baykids.au) for up-to-date opening hours.
If you live outside of this area (but still within Australia), a flat rate of AU$9 (standard shipping) or $13 (express shipping) applies for orders under AU$150. Orders over AU$150 will be sent for free with standard shipping, or can upgrade to express for a discounted rate of $5.
Please note, these rates exclude bulky items, Banwood and furniture. Orders containing bulky items or Banwood products will be charged a higher rate for shipping (AU$15 - applied at checkout), and the free shipping threshold will not apply.
Orders placed before 12pm will be packed and sent on the same business day and you will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
We provide free gift wrapping, please add an order note at checkout if you'd like your purchase gift wrapped. Cards can also be purchased here.
Pre-orders:
From time to time we offer items for pre-order. This means we don't have the item in stock just yet, but you can pre-purchase to secure your size. Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until we have all the items in stock. If you would like other items sooner, please place a separate order.
Furniture:
Furniture (including Mustard Made) is only available for local pick up. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside the area and would like to purchase furniture.
International orders:
Check our Shipping Policy for more information about the countries we currently ship to.
For purchases made in December, we have extended our regular returns period. If you would like to return or exchange an item you must notify us by Monday 5th January. We cannot accept returns after this date.
Returns will still be subject to our normal policy, and you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, unless an item is faulty.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of swimwear, jewellery or cosmetics.
Sale items are not refundable, or able to be exchanged, unless faulty.
Purchases made during our Black Friday Sale (Wed 26th Nov - Mon 1st Dec) will be subject to our regular returns policy of 7 days from the date of delivery.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and shipping for a returned item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
