The products we source are selected because of their quality and longevity, to encourage a conscious consumer. We want you to love what you purchase from us, and treasure it forever.
The brands we work with are all contributing to a more sustainable industry in their own way. From the use of natural fibres in clothing, that are also naturally biodegradable, to the recycled metals used in jewellery or handbag hardware. You won’t find any plastic here.
We chose to ship with Sendle, a 100% carbon neutral company. Sendle utilise existing delivery networks to send their parcels, and then offset the carbon emissions caused by the delivery by investing in positive environmental programs.
Any packaging you receive from us can be recycled or composted.
Delivery is free within 25km of Geelong. Simply select ‘local delivery’ at the checkout.
If you live outside of this area, a flat rate of $10 applies for orders under $150. Orders over $150 will ship for free.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days via Sendle. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Please allow up to 7 business days for your parcel to be delivered.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
It is so important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so please get in contact (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange an item.
All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear or swimwear.
Sale items are not refundable, but we are happy to exchange for size.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and shipping for a returned item is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
