RITUAL: Anoint the skin with oil, take 3 deep breaths, exhaling slowly.

HAIR: Add a dropper full of oil to your hair treatment or apply directly to the scalp. Allow the calming woody scent to fill your space, while the beautiful nourishing oils care for your hair and scalp. When you're ready rinse off and allow your hair to dry.

BATH: Add 3-5 drops of oil to your bath.
